Custom renovation

SITE PLANNING
Before we begin any project, Resort Concepts carefully studies the site characteristics and local architectural precedent to create a preliminary site plan that compliments the natural, topographic elements to create a private, treasured getaway.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
We incorporate timeless style, quality and efficiency into freehand sketches that illustrate floor plans and elevations. Frequent conversation and progress drawings are exchanged until the sketches truly reflect each client’s personality and lifestyle.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the design of the home is finalized, our Design Team creates computer-generated floor plans, elevations, building sections and renderings that will be used in the design review submittal and approval process through each home’s HOA.
CONSTRUCTION
As General Contractor for your home, Resort Concepts services include managing the competitive bid process, construction schedule, day-to-day site supervision of sub-contractors, management of the construction draw process and working with you to make appropriate interior and exterior selection.
