Site Manager

The role of the Site Manager is to provide on-site coordination for all phases of residential construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and jobsite safety.

Project Manager

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and complete projects according to the schedule and within budget. This includes the efforts of the Project Team, third-party contractors and consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager is responsible for budgeting, long-term scheduling, quality control and on-site safety.

Project Coordinator

The role of the Project Coordinator will administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Project Coordinator responsibilities include performing various tasks, including maintaining project documentation, and administrative duties. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.
