our legacy

Resort Concepts is a prominent community developer and master builder of hundreds of luxury residences and over $1 billion of real estate throughout extraordinary mountain resorts, from the private gated communities of Colorado’s Vail Valley to exclusive Carolina communities, including Palmetto Bluff and Cliffs Communities.

With over 30 years of experience crafting exceptional homes, we have combined distinctive architecture and master planning of highly acclaimed Vail Valley communities in Arrowhead at Vail, Bachelor Gulch Village, Beaver Creek Resort, Red Sky Ranch and the Clubs at Cordillera.

The name, Resort Concepts, embodies our design philosophy of embracing timeless style, vernacular ideology and historical precedent, and symbolizes the company’s roots in designing and building celebrated family homes.
